Esmeralda is a 5,500-acre mixed-use destination along 9.5 kilometers of Pacific coastline in Nicaragua — one of Central America's most consistent surfing corridors and a protected coastal refuge site. The master plan integrates eco-tourism, luxury hospitality, and adventure-driven lifestyle programming across a single contiguous landholding.

The program is anchored by a 250-room luxury resort and expanded through two boutique eco-hotels, 200 single-family homes, and 200 condominiums — phased to manage absorption risk, stabilize early revenue, and support long-term value appreciation. Amenities include championship golf, tennis, pickleball, mountain biking, skateboarding, white-water rafting, zip-lining, yoga, and spa facilities.

Evolve provides project structure and execution framework for a development of this scale on a protected coastal site.
